PitiCalc will calculate an estimated monthly payment and price per square foot using the following information:
- Price
- Yearly Taxes
- Yearly Insurance
- Total Square Feet
- Monthly HOA Fee
- Interest Rate Percent
- Loan Length in Years
- VA Loan Fee Type (based on use and type of service)
All data is optional except for the Price, Interest Rate and Loan Length. Any data can be changed at any point and the payment can be recalculated. The data is not retained between sessions.
